Rules for combining or pairing wine with food - Champagnes at desserts , bad ideas

 

Champagnes at desserts,  bad ideas for foods and wine pairings                           

                                              

Risking mistake serving champagne with desserts is commun, but must know that is not good.


Why? because:

- Champagnes bubles works beter for open apetite - before meals;

- Its ok to drink it uring meal, continuing it from the entrances;

- after meals, your palate tast is going to be completely destabilized, and so, very disturbing to mix more componnents on that!


So what to serv then?

normaly, during meals, we have some wine - red wine for example.



Now what to serv in dessert? we can have some sweet drinks, like port wine!
