This mesurement helps the sommeliers and other wine critics
to place its critic, or the general public to feel and tast diferently each
wine!
Aciditys:
Present in all diferent grape, it plays a role in the preservations of the
wines.
Wines with sharpers et more crispi tastes will tast higher
levels of aciditys.
