Not true that only white wine pairs with fish.        

          

We see many times white wine with fish - that is good pairing.

But we can have some persons who don't like this wine!

So what to do?

Red wine can be aplied too! 

Yes, but only those light ones, or the very fruity ones!

They will give the aroma and favor the meal, not ruining becouse of wite wine!
