Bodys:
parameter that describes the flavors and profiles each wine.
Note that full-bodi wines have very power flavor with strongy aftertastes.
They surely take us to a multi fulfilled state in our palates.
Drys:
Wines without relative quantities of sugars, or very very down balance of them.
It tastes "less sweety" when we drink it, then it feels more dry in our palate.
Tannines:
Like some chemicals compoundss founded on skins, seed, stem of grape.
some are incorporated in the aging of the wood barrels.
